Yesterday, 22nd July 2010, the customs officials of the border crossing Jazince prevented an attempt for smuggling of women’s wrist watches, bracelets and watch batteries.
During a personal search of a Macedonian citizen with initials A.H., accompanied by his wife, who were traveling with a Seat Leon with Tetovo license plates, declared for entrance in the country, in a woman’s bag, the customs officials found:
- 41 woman’s watches,
- 6 women’s bracelets and
- 441 watch batteries
The goods were seized and proceedings have been initiated to establish the liability of the perpetrator. |
